Hi, I'm Sandra

I’m a chef with 30 years of experience and a brain health coach who lived the caregiving journey.

After caring for my mother through Alzheimer’s, I made it my mission to help women cook in favor of memory, not just flavor.

I’m one of the very few chefs trained in flavor and cognition. I show women how everyday cooking shapes clarity, focus, and long-term brain health.

Through Cooking for Cognition™, I blend French culinary tradition with science-backed brain food so women 40+ can feel sharper, steadier, and more like themselves again.
